Here we go ... the latest Gas bill and the last two electricity.
Bearing in mind online now says I am Gas £-5.88 and Elec -£350.77.
I have blacked out the meter numbers and don't think there is any other personal information there.

I can't see anything wrong with those - they've used the meter readings you gave on page 1 and the numbers were very close to what I calculated, within the realms of tariff variation (I used my own as I didn't have yours to work with).
They would indicate that you started with a debit on your gas of -£91.37 in December, used £764.48 of gas, made £343.70 of payments, resulting in a debit mid-April of -£512.15. I don't think you have made any payments since those bills as they all appear to be at the start of the month.
For electricity, you started with a credit of £78.69, used £301.44 of electricity, paid £200, resulting in a debit balance of -£22.75 - with a 43p adjustment in April, resulting in a new debit amount of -£23.18. So, at present, you owe BG £535.33 in total.
I can't comment on what your on-line account says is the current balance - it should be the same until you either make a payment or get another bill. Have you looked at the payment history list I mentioned, as I've found this gives a good chronological list of payments in and billed amounts, giving a running total of your balance with them - this is sometimes easier to make sense of.

Hi BooJewels, thank you for your help and reassurance with it all. I am just relieved to have a rough figure of what we owe.
Thank you again and I'll be looking back at this thread for help in the future.0
