Hi
Does anyone know about the solar installer Deege Solar?
I have booked an installation with this company and they kept moving the installation date many times.
I have booked an installation with this company and they kept moving the installation date many times.
Tried to contact the sales guy Rod and his phone always goes to voicemail. Spoke to Cloe and she said she will come back to me in a few hours, but no update for many days. calls to her phone go to voicemail. Emailed both of the above and customer services, but no response yet.
Can someone advice how to deal with this situation where the company broke the promises which caused me inconvenience?
Thanks
Jomon

If you are looing for compensation for the inconvenience it would be best not to sour the relationship and mention this after the work is done (it would probably be goodwill unless you have any direct loses you couldn't otherwise avoid).
If you are looking to cancel instead that may be a different matter.
When you booked, how you booked, whether there's any amount outstanding and how you paid, along side what you'd like, could all be useful info to us in order to give advice

Thanks for the response.
I have not made any payments yet, but I now need to check if they have taken any payments from my account. They said they will arrange the finance and did the credit check. Also, they gave me the installation date which they did change just a few days before the installation. It happened few times now. Now the sales guy, customer service, and a rep who gave me the installation dates are not responding to any communication. All of their phones are going to EE voicemail, no response to emails for many days.
The inconvenience is, we had to move other priorities to be at home for the installation dates, and we ended up losing both0 -
Have a word with the finance company.
But there have been a lot of supply issues & delays with solar installs.Life in the slow lane0 -
Just on your last part, depending on the kit, there is no major supply issues as a whole.born_again said:Have a word with the finance company.

But there are still a lot of supply issues with some items - you can't do the installation if you only have 99% of the items. It's taking about 2 months on most of our projects to source all of the parts required, always seem to be waiting for the final item to be available.powerful_Rogue said:
