Ticketmaster
We cant make the Magic event, and since they announced the confirmation of the start time for the Magic event I've been back and forth with Ticketmaster to try and get a refund on these tickets. You cant sell these tickets, even when selling main event tickets. They dont come up with a resale. But they cost me an additional £100 for 4 tickets, so not something i want to just forget about
I even purchased insurance for the event at £15 for cancellations, But your not covered unless your all Poorly.
Ticketmaster are not budging- where do i stand?
Whole event has cost me £350 in total. So not something i can kiss goodbye or wish to do so
Definitely the last time i buy any tickets through Ticketmaster, if they can change part of the event time from 7.30pm to 5.30pm.

They haven't changed anything...
The main event starts at 19:30 as advertised. If you look at the Magic Pass Add On the text says:
Times subject to change. Full package details including timings will be emailed to customers within two weeks of the event - please be prepared to arrive early as the pre-show event will begin at least 90 minutes before the show begins.
90 minutes before 19:30 is 18:00 and so now saying 17:30 is inline with the text and probably inc some time for people filing in etc.
It therefore seems as if you maybe didn't read the text properly about the add on?
What time can you get to the venue for? Have you asked about their late arrivers policy? If it was in London then the O2 almost never shut the doors on late attendees (unfortunately)4 -
Don't know how Ticketmaster advertised it when you bought but it seems clear from the Harlem Globetrotters site that it's a pre-show event, i.e. not a late schedule change:https://www.harlemglobetrotters.com/world-tour/premium-experiences/
CAN'T MISS PRE-GAME EXPERIENCE!
Magic Pass
Calling all hoop lovers! This is your chance to show that you've got GAME. Bring the fam and join the Harlem Globetrotters and the Washington Generals on the court before the game to show your skills, shoot some hoops, and get player autographs and photos!

Timing:
- Doors open for Magic Pass holders 2 hours pre-show
- Magic Pass Event begins 90 mins pre-show

That didn't show on purchase via Ticketmaster. Its only now on the 11th TM emailed to inform us and header of email says Important information about Magic Pass- Then it gives you the time, which says 17:30. It wasn't made known when purchasing these tickets. Funnily enough all the 8 tickets show 19:30 start time.eskbanker said:Don't know how Ticketmaster advertised it when you bought but it seems clear from the Harlem Globetrotters site that it's a pre-show event, i.e. not a late schedule change:https://www.harlemglobetrotters.com/world-tour/premium-experiences/CAN'T MISS PRE-GAME EXPERIENCE!

Your right- Its even earlier than i said. I used 17:30 because that would be the time i could get there if i left work 2 hours earlier. Its actually doors open at 17.00, Magic pass event starts at 17.30 - so they are earlier than advertised on the Harlem website.DullGreyGuy said:They haven't changed anything...

But inline with the wording on their own website that says at least 90 minutes beforesubway98 said:

If you are able to take 2hrs off and get there at 17:30 it doesn't sound as if you'd need to leave much earlier than that to get there before the pre-show starts as you'd be avoiding more of rush hour too.0 -
Seems like your mistake, not theirs. The main event starts at 19:30, and this is a pre-show event. What time were you expecting the PRE-show event to begin?1
