Can you point me to the Probate tracker please, we are 17 weeks in here and not sure what stage things are at (other than received)1

The way I get to it is to go as if you are applying for probate againThen at the top right click on "sign in"Click on the "case ID"You should then see the status screen.I would recommend you chase after 16 weeks anyway. You can do that from this screen by clicking on the "contact" on the right. If there are any web advisers available you can start a chat from there, if not just try again in a few minutes. Trying at 8am in the morning worked well for me.

UPDATE:I used the messaging system a couple of weeks ago and they confirmed that the docs had been received, but the system just hadn't updated. And now, as of today, everything was updated all at once and it now says
- Documents received
- Step 3: Application in review
-
Step 4: Grant
issued
Woohoo! To confirm the timelines:- email to say documents received - 28 March- system updated to say Grant Issued - 30 MayTotal - 8 working weeks almost exactly (noting that there was a ton of public holidays over this period), which is what the official stats are saying for straightforward claims completed online without requiring extra information. This was a straightforward claim, as all the monies were passed to my mum from my dad, but we needed Probate to access some of his finances.Good luck everyone still waiting3 -
I’ve just read the very helpful posts above. I’m at the 13 week stage of submitting my probate application. I had an email two weeks ago, asking for more information. I replied within the hour. I haven’t heard anything since. However, and I’m probably imagining this!!, but I thought that the third radar button was half blue last week, with the status below that they needed more information. It has now gone to a blue (tick), so there are three ticks now. It still says below that they need information though!! Has anyone else experienced this? Can a button be half completed before a tick?
