Failed to file a defence in time

Hello all,
I had received an MCOL issued on the 15th of March, AOS was submitted on the 24th of March; I was about to file my defence uopn checking MCOL online a judgement was issued on the 20th of April. I have not received anything in the post .. what are my next steps? appreciate your help guys.

What does your MCOL status page tell you? It will have the date of AoS submission.2

You can apply but you will lose and just add more costs. The court needs a good reason to set it aside and you miscalculating dates wont count as such.Spacey786 said:

If you pay the judgement within a month then at least you avoid a CCJ appearing on your credit file.Spacey786 said:
