spyware and msn HELP

hi, i keep getting bogus websites sent to me by a friends msn when they are not even on pc, msn says they are on then i get a link sent to me. i know its not them cos they are at my house,!!!
also did virus check i had vius and loads spyware, checked laptop and just spyware, now panda keeps popping up and saying spyware detected.
im understand alot of pc stuff , but what is spyware?????

if either you OR your friend thinks there may be spyware, Trojans, viruses and other bad stuff on your computers you should do everything in the first 4 posts to this thread .....

yeh i think its on thei computer. i always get stuff like



"hey is this really you?" and it tries to send a zip file



or
"wanan see pics from my vacation?" lol i live in england and last time i checked we dont say vacation

well i got a mate to sort pc and seems ok, had 55 cookie /spyware things??
