Out of interest does anyone know when the Government website showing pension forecast and number of years to contribute updates to show April 2023 position?

I don't know, but suspect it will be months rather than weeks....#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Mine already does - but that is possibly because I've been making monthly voluntary NI contributions to HMRC via DD for several years now and they took the final one for the year about ten days ago.
I think if you are employed, employers have about a month after the payroll run to pass on details of NI deducted to HMRC, so those records wouldn't necessarily be available yet to enable the forecast to be updated.0 -

Employers had until 20 April to file their final earnings data for 2022-23 so I guess it will be a little while yet.
If you keep an eye on this forum someone usually posts when they spot theirs had been updated.0 -
From mid August or even early September. Sometimes it’s the last of my pensions to update.

My pension forecast has now updated for April 23 and pleased to say I have now reached maximum state pension and cannot increase any further but understand I still have to make NI contributions if working. Worth checking if you’re looking for up to date forecast.2

Go through your whole national insurance history and check if a year is suddenly showing as nothing being paid. Probably year 1997/98 in most cases.0

I have checked and mine shows full year every year from 1980 and says no gaps. I presume that confirms I have full state pension and could only get more if I worked beyond state pension age which I don’t plan to do.0
