Impossible to recommend without you stating what you will use it for, how much storage required, your budget and also your current computer / OS would be helpful.

I got a 1TB SSD in a deal recently for about £60

Hi need one to back files and take 1 cloud as my email box is full thus need to move to a hard drive 

cost not to expensive but a which can hold a large amount

I don't know what the "1 cloud' means and do you need to keep all your emails?

How much is "not too expensive"?

Emails won't take up much space, what sort of files are you wanting to back up?  If only documents they won't take up much but obviously photo and video files take up more space.

sorry one drive it will be photos and docs as need to clear my PC  as not able to get email in email box as used full

You can check what space your photos and docs are taking up to give you an idea of what size of external drive you need.  Then get a bigger one to allow for the future.

Moving photos and docs doesn't create any more space for your email (apologies if you know that)

The above is what is shown on email account have deleted most of emails folder and deleted folders but still no joy

That is not a local computer folder by the looks of it so adding an external hard drive will not help you.

Email will not use that much unless you have enormous attachments.

What else is using all the MS storage ?
