I found I had to re subscribe to. Adobe acrobat again as completing 2 TPP Pension forms and sending via e-mail in readable format quite taxing.
Though I had filled and e-signed both forms, only 'View as Icon' allowed PDF Files to be attached into body of e-mail.
One was unopened PDF File format, 2nd form was Opened in full view in e-mail Body.
Is there any guide to acheive 2 simple PDF Files unopened to Attach to os Mail to send via e-mail.
I do use Adobe Creative Cloud for other Apps, seems they're making every attempt to charge for PDF's via Mac.
thanks

I think you are really overcomplicating things here.Dandytf said:I found I had to re subscribe to. Adobe acrobat again as completing 2 TPP Pension forms and sending via e-mail in readable format quite taxing.

Many free pdf viewers allow you to fill in the form. All email clients that I'm aware of allow you to attach a file. All for free, so save you money and cancel those unnecessary subscriptions while you can please.allowed PDF Files to be attached into body of e-mail.I think I know what you mean here, which is that the file appears as an icon in the body of the email rather than just an attachment, but there is no value in doing that, certainly not worth subscribing to something. Just attach the email and be done with it.
The fact is if you are sending an email to a large company, it is unlikely a human is reading the email anyway, it will be stripped of attachments and added automatically to their case management system/workflow system so it is unlikely a human will ever see your original tidy format anyway.
This is a money-saving forum after all, so take that advice and run with it and review everything Adobe you subscribe to, I can bet there is a free or cheaper alternative to all.

I did try saving both files, including option of making them Windows Friendly.
I think it maybe format of TPP web forms, No idea why 1st form attaches as closed PDF file 2nd is opened.
Maybe it's Mac Mail client I need to check, haven't played much with Adobe PDF settings.
I have historically attached pdf files much faster via iPhone, didn't try this yesterday.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -

thanks seems my question is genuine via search
How do I stop attachments appearing in the body of an email Mac?

Mac mail by default attaches files and shows the content if the file type can be opened by preview. If you'd rather show the file as an icon, double click the file and select "Show as Icon". If Mac mail does not recognise the filetype (extension) then it ill be enclosed as an icon.Dandytf said:I did try saving both files, including option of making them Windows Friendly.

You will see the attachment inline wherever your cursor was when you attached the file.Dandytf said:

I'll follow Mail client steps.
The attachment may or may not appear inline to the recipient. I suspect that depends on their mail client.1 -
Excellent and the View as Icon right click allowed unopened PDF file to be sent.Grandad2b said:
