Santander paperless

One major fault with viewing my account on line is the absence of a direct comparison between the closing figures of the previous statement, and the latest.
The paper statement is headed with this direct comparison. I want to see the difference in my balances, month by month.

All paperless means is the pdf statement isn't printed and posted to you.

The paper statements can still be viewed on line so you can see the same info as previously.

Yup, all information on PDF version, start date and b/f balance, total money in, total money out, end date and balance and then list of debits and credits.

    On the app:
    • Select desired account
    • Click on three dots top right of screen
    • Select statements and documents
    • Filter/sort/select required account and date
    • Review and reconcile
    • Store locally if required.
