TSB cashback not received.

TSB criteria was do a transfer account switch within a certian time, which I did,
have at least two active Direct Debits, which I have,
use the card for at least one purchase within a certian time, which I did. All criteria met and with the specified timeframes.

I was supposed to have recieved £125 in to my acoount by close of play on Friday 21st April. 
Now Saturday 22nd April and the £125 switching incentive has not arrived.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

    Have you also logged into the TSB mobile banking app at least once?

    This is one of the conditions for the bonus but you haven't mentioned it above. 

    Aside from that I would wait until Monday and check your account balance then.

    The 5 debit card payments (per month) of that offer are only required if you are going for the second part of the offer; the first part required just one debit card payment.

    Did you also switch two active Direct Debits, and log into the mobile app? Terms #2 and #4.

    Between 1 February 2023 and 3 March 2023 you must:

    1. apply for a new TSB Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account through tsb.co.uk, the TSB Mobile Banking App or in Branches.

    And
    By 24 March 2023 you must do all of the following:

    1. complete a full switch to your new TSB Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account using the Current Account Switch Service
      • a full switch means you need to transfer all active credits and debits from your old account and close it. This must include a minimum of two active Direct Debits
    2. make a minimum of one payment using the debit card on your new Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account
    3. log into the TSB Mobile Banking App at least once
    4. have a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits on your new Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account

    I still received the latest cashback offer a few days ago. As above check whether you have met all of the conditions at they have stated. If you do and you have evidence to prove that then query about this. It might be subsequently followed by a official complain if this is not resolved.
