What are these white objects on an electricity supply structure?

I passed this yesterday. The area is mainly farmland with very few houses.
Is the red cable on the left side pole feeding a high voltage three phase supply to a transformer to be stepped down to single phase 230 volts or is it more complex than that?
What are the 6 white objects?
I tried reverse image look up with no obvious answer.

A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

In a rural setting, it is more economic to mount a transformer on poles.
PMCOs Provide a convenient test / isolation point and for terminating ug cables plus fuse.
OP is it located In a stormy or protected area etc.1 -
It is on a minor road near West Ashling in West Sussex and it is surrounded mainly by farmland, grazing land and horse paddocks. It is very flat in that area.
Try this link. That shows the poles as they were a year ago before the current set up in the picture in my OP.
And this link.
On the second link it is located about half way along Watery Lane between the two forks in the road.A man walked into a car showroom.

The red cable is a high voltage cable the transformer is 3 phase 230v which then passes through fused cut outs to supply 2 three phase cables either service cables or mains.Belenus said:I passed this yesterday. The area is mainly farmland with very few houses.
