HOSEASONS BOAT COMPETITION T&Cs

• The promotion is a prize draw with 1 winner in total. The winners will be selected at random.

• The prize is an off-peak short break (up to 4 night's stay) for up to 4 adults, on one of the following boats (boat fuel usage included):

  • Warwickshire Narrow boat, Oakwood - BH2840

  • Barnes Brinkcraft, brinks tempo - BH2624

  • Richardson's, Monaco - BH2634

  • NYA, Money penny - BH2454

• The accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Deposit/damage waiver will be asked for upon arrival (price is boat dependant).

• The prize does not include travel, or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The prize is subject to the promoter’s Booking Conditions at https://www.hoseasons.co.uk/assets/uk-boats-terms.pdfand can be booked by the winner for stays between 5th May 2023 – 25th May 2023, 2nd June 2023 – 20th July 2023, 1st September 2023 – 19th October 2023, 3rd November 2023 – 14th December 2023, 5th January 2024 – 9th February 2024, 23rd February 2024 – 22nd March 2024 or 12th April 2024 – 25th May 2024.

• To enter the prize draw you must complete all requirements stated in the post caption for the giveaway – this includes answering the question and entering your email via the link given.

• The promoter is Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd of Sunway House, Raglan Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, NR32 2LW.

• The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.

• The prize draw is open to all persons over the age of 18. Entrants must have a valid email address. The prize draw is free to enter.

• By entering your email address, you are agreeing to sign up to our email newsletters. You can opt out of newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. For more information on how we use your personal data please see our privacy notice.

• One entry per participant will be accepted. If multiple entries are received from an entrant, all entries of such entrant will be considered void and will not be counted.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• Employees of Awaze and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.

• The giveaway opens on Monday 17th April 2023 at 16:00 and will run until 23:59 on Sunday 30th April 2023 when it closes.

• Entries must be received during the times and dates above. Any entries received before or after this time and date will not be accepted.

• The prize draw winners will be selected from all the successful entries at around 10:00am the following day after the giveaway closes, and winners will be notified within five hours of being selected by email to the address submitted.

• The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the prize within ten days of receiving the notification that they have won. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh day and a new winner will be randomly selected and announced.

• The prize can take up to 28 days to reach the winner.

• Any incomplete, offensive or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the prize draw at any time.

• The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.

• Anyone found to have created multiple email accounts will be ineligible to enter the competition and/or their entries will be considered void and not counted.

• No brands have sponsored or donated these prizes.

• By entering the prize draw, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

• The prize draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.

• The promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.

• Entry to the prize draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
