Hi, I've just joined the forums, having experienced the same problem as a number of others, ie APCOA attempting to fine me for non-payment of parking at Bristol Parkway station, when in fact I did pay, at one of their machines. I've already submitted an online challenge: Unfortunately I no longer have the ticket (which was clearly displayed on my dashboard) but I attached a photo showing the transaction on my bank statement. However, the payment was not processed until the day after my alleged offence. I'm therefore anticipating that they'll reject my appeal. Would be helpful to access the template that's been mentioned - How can I find it?

You can start by reading, re-reading and reading again the Newbies/FAQ thread near the top of this forum. You should keep that thread handy and keep referring back to it each time you have a question.

In your initial appeal, did you blab the identity of the driver? ("I parked..." or anything similar that gives away the identity of the driver?)
