While I totally agree with you when you see all the lockboxes outside tenements (and especially, and especially where owners do not live in the property being let, I am finding it difficult to understand why they need things such as an EPC report for letting one room within my detached house which would have no impact on housing shortages or cause any nuisance as I wouldn't allow parties.
