Faulty Washing Machine - AO/Beko

Hi - some advice please. We purchased a new BEKO washing machine in March 21. We notified AO within weeks that the machine was constantly moving during the spin and jumping out of the cupboard it sits within. They returned sorted the feet out and said its fine. It continued intermittently to jump around, I went back to AO…

Randomly AO have emailed to offer us a partial refund, despite saying earlier that they couldn't help us any further. So we have taken the offer. I think this is all sorted now, but thank you all for your advice.
