Has anyone had trouble filling out the above form for Grandparent’s allowance ?
It won’t let me put in my Date of Birth.
I have downloaded the up to date Acrobat reader but to no avail.

Are you using the number keys at the side of a keyboard?Press the 'Num lock' key - usually just above it - some things turn it off and then those numbers act like cursor buttons instead (up/down left/right).Alternatively use the nunbers on the top row of the keyboard.0
