Sense check

Hello,
Been using the forum for years and have yet to pay a parking charge, thanks!
Would be grateful for a sense check for the latest one though, as appeals refused at first and POPLA stages. The latter largely as POPLA say the £90 is visible and easy to read.
What
are people's thoughts on the adequacy of these signs? To me they fall
well short of Beavis vs ParkingEye, but if I get to the court stage I
just want to be sure that Im not mad.
Thank you!

Erm....unless you have a step ladder and a magnifying glass, how could that sign possibly be read?
In other words, woefully inadequate!3 -
Utter codswallop I can't even see when magnifying who the ppc is let alone the charge. They do not conform to even the minimum requirements of the BPA COP, I would ask them when they audited this site, clue they won't have.Did the PPC who ever they are, send in office master copies rather than site photographs, if so you should have debunked that when they submitted their evidence.I would let then take it to court and see what a judge thinks of their sign.2

Thanks both, that is appreciated.
