Via a guardian newspaper article I was led towards an AI trading tool run by IBS.FINANCE ( https://trade.ibs.finance/ )
Has anyone heard of this company. They certainly sounded good and according to the article the AI trading tool was really smart and the profit of any money invested was excellent. Aimed at first time investors who initially dont have the time or knowledge to spend investing themsleves, I spoke to them on the phone, they were really nice and 'seemed' honest. No pressure sales or anything and no commitment to investing lots of money etc. Any commission is on the profits you make.
Thanks

If their trading tool is so good, why do they make their money only from commission? Why don't they just keep it all to themselves and become extraordinarily rich?2

I find it hard to believe the Guardian were promoting something like that. Are you sure it wasn't a scam being advertised on their site but nothing to do with them? The link you posted isnt a Guardian article. I saw one earlier where the scammers were claiming Clarkson was arrested and the link was to some sort of fake site.
BTW scammers will always "seem honest". They wouldn't make any money scamming people if they seemed like con artists.
BTW2 - commission on profits you make assumes you have given them money to supposedly make profits. If they just take that money then you've lost it and commission doesnt come into it.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.1 -
If you Google it as written nothing comes up, If you Google the full name nothing comes up. Where the hell did they find it? If it is real it's probably using the new AgentGPT to make investments, so it's too early to trust it anyway but it doesn't seem real.
Also nobody is calling a real company IBS Finance. It's more likely to be a joke than a scam. It sounds like something Kitboga would make.2 -
I have only just looked at that website now. It screams SCAM, very loudly. There is zero information about anything unless you sign up and log in. Goes without saying that I have not signed up.
There is also not much evidence that they are authorised by the FCA.1 -
Trading bots are always scams. Either buy a global tracker or some such fund and/or take the time to try to learn to invest yourself e.g., start reading Investors' Chronicle. There are no shortcuts or panaceas.0

Please post the Guardian page that was talking about it.1
