PCN Appeal

I am just wondering what people's views are on appeals for PCN's, ie. is it worth it? I am strongly thinking of going down the route of a tribunal to further appeal a charge notice I recently received. I was given a PCN for making a right turn into a supermarket car park. I appealed on the grounds of the road signs not being visible from the side street I was turning out of as the signs are perpendicular to the turning. The council rejected my request on appeal and want me to pay £130 (I missed the reduced payment date by 2 days). However, I do feel very strongly that I didn't have any time to see said signs because of the immeadiate turn into the main road. Together with this I have since been back to the area and noticed there is a large tree on the junction of the side road where I was stationary and it was further blocking the view of the sign too. Would I have reasonable grounds to take this appeal further to London Tribunals or it is a complete waste of time trying to appeal it further? All constructive advice would be gratefully received.

If it's Council and you are no longer being offered the discount, it is a no-brainer to try the tribunal!  It costs and risks nothing.
