My brother receives Universal credit and the extra amount for LCWRA.
Does the £6000 savings limit still apply or can this be higher as he's disabled.

So I think as he has savings he might have been better to claim PIP which my son gets for the same disability.0 -

For a UC claim the savings threshold is £16k
