• This promotion is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

• To enter, visit https://www.comfortworld.co.uk/fragrancequiz.html and complete the fragrance quiz (there are no right or wrong answers), fill out the form with your full name and email address and select the consent boxes. For entries to be valid, all necessary fields in the form must be completed.

• The opening date for entries 01/04/2023 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 31/12/2023

• The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household.

• No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

• Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

• There will be one winner. The winner will win a year’s supply of Comfort Fabric Conditioner which will include:

12 X Comfort 30-wash liquid Fabric Conditioner bottled (900ml) and

An annual Flower subscription via Bloom and Wild.

The winner will select one fragrance for their preferred Comfort Fabric Conditioner from the following list: Waterlily and Lime, Passion Bloom, Honeysuckle and sandalwood and Strawberry and Lily.

The winner will make their fragrance selection by responding to the winner notice email (Clause 13)

All 12 bottles of Comfort Fabric Conditioner will be in the winner’s chosen fragrance, the winner can only choose one scent for their year’s supply of Comfort Fabric Conditioner bottles.

The annual flower subscription via Bloom & Wild is pre-paid and activated by Unilever. This subscription has the retail price of £240. • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

• All valid entries received on or before the competition closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first entry drawn at random will win the prize outlined at clause 10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The winner will be notified by email by a representative from Unilever within 14 days of the competition closing date. The winner must respond to the email confirming their preferred Comfort Fabric Conditioner scent (from the list at Clause 10a), their full name, address and contact number (for delivery purposes) within 30 days of receiving the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

• The winners’ details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Comfort Fragrance Quiz Competition, Unilever UK Limited, Unilever House, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7GR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.

It's still there for me.  Can you see where it says "match me"?  If you can you click that and then click on the pictures until the entry form comes up (about four sets of pictures).
