Raisin Finance- Cant get my money back

I opened a savings account with raisin on 24/11/22 and they got me to transfer the money to them.  The savings account was then rejected and I have not been able to get the money back from them into my account.  I have sent numerous emails and complaints but just get generic responses from their customer services team. 
I really don't know what to do next as it is a substantial amount of money and I want it back.  Can anyone offer me any advise where to turn?

    Yes offer me the same explanation and have to sit on hold waiting to get through for 40/50 mins

    Five months is a long time for a legitimate financial company to hold on to your cash and ignore you (and presumably your formal complaints). As your thread title mentions 'Raisin Finance', I hope you didn't send your money to this one: Raisin Finance (clone of FCA authorised firm) [link]
