Been Logged Out Of Vinted - No Response From Customer Services

Has anyone else had trouble with app or website where you have been logged out of it and when trying to log back in it does not recognise your password (even though this has not been changed) and the forgotten password button does not work?  I've tried multiple times to contact customer services since 06/04/2023 to no avail - just get standard bounce back emails.

Vinted can be very glitchy, when I first signed up years ago I never could get back into my account as my password wouldn’t work and I never got the password reset email.

I tired again a year or so ago and ended up finding some obscure contact us button and they reset it all manually for me. One thing to check though, as Vinted have such long convoluted user names due to its popularity, triple check you are using the exact right one, there have been cases on there recently where people have misremembered the name they signed up with , forgetting a number, or an underscore and that seems to lock you out of the system entirely.
