• Terms and conditions

  • 1. The Organiser. Panorama Travel Solutions Ltd with its registered office at Kettering Parkway, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 6EY.
  • 2. The Competition is free to enter. Entry into the Competition confirms that Participant has read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
  • 3. The Competition is open to the UK based users of Family Traveller (each, a “Participant” or “Entrant”).
  • 4. Each Participant is entitled to submit a maximum of one entry.
  • 5. One Prize of an RVC Certificate entitling the Winner to 7 nights self-catering accommodation and there will be one winner. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • 6. The Competition is open for entries until 8am on 28 April 2023. Any entries received outside this time and date will not be accepted.
  • 7. The Winner of the Prize will be randomly selected by the Organiser. The Winner will be notified by the Promoter by email within 7 working days from the expiry of the Competition Period. The Promoter will issue the Prize to the Winner by email within 7 working days of notification. The Prize is valid for 365 days from date of issue. The Winner selection by the Organiser is final.
  • 8. Rules on Competition Entries:
  • a. In the event that the Organiser, in its sole discretion, deems any Competition entry to be invalid, the Organiser may select a new winner in the same manner set out in clause 8 of these Terms. The Organiser’s decision is final.
  • b. No Amendment of Competition Entry. There shall be no amendment or variation of any Competition entry by Participant once such entry is submitted to the Organiser.
  • 9. Tax: The Winner shall be solely responsible for any tax implications in connection with the Prize.
  • 10. Liability:
  a. The Organiser shall have no liability to any person in connection with any lost, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or unreceived entries for whatever reason, including for any technical reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Organiser.
  • b. No Liability for Prize. To the maximum extent permitted, the Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, undelivered, misdirected, or unreceived Prize. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, re-deliver, re-distribute or retain any undelivered or returned Prize.
  • c. No Liability for Competition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all liability (including negligence) in respect of any loss, expense, damage, personal injury suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this Competition, including submitting an entry or using any Prize.
  • 11. General:
  • a. Change in Terms. The Organiser may, in its sole discretion, amend, modify, or supplement these Terms, and such amendment, modification or supplementation shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Organiser’s website.
  • b. Organiser’s Decision: The Organiser’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • c. Right to Cancel, Suspend or Postpone. In the event that this Competition is cancelled, suspended or postponed for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser shall have no further obligation to the Participant.
  • d. Breach of the Terms. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Participant has breached these Terms.
  • e. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
