Longest Boomerang Postage Return ?

So I sold a cassette Tape back in September, and reluctantly agreed to post to Europe as the Buyer was desperate for it. Never was received, so I happily agreed to an INR and refunded the buyer. Fast forward 7 months, and what should drop through the Letterbox unexpectedly with an Elvis RTS sticker ? I'm sure there'll be even longer 'Boomerangs' out there ?

Not posted but I had one that went via courier that came back to me over a year later. I sent it out in December of one year (can't remember which year now but maybe 2017?), buyer didn't receive it, refunded buyer, claimed from courier who paid out for it, only to receive it back between Christmas and New Year of the following year.

I’ve had a few over a year. One Australian one was well over a year, buyer had been refunded and RM had paid my claim when it limped back to me. 

Just before Christmas I had a return to sender and never could work out who it was from. It was weird because it was a small padded Jiffy bag type package with a line I sold out of well over a year previously., it had been slightly opened , but not enough to get the item out and resealed with a bit of tape and there was a tiny scrap of paper inside that said ‘i don’t want this, arrange a refund’ . 

The return label  covered the original address and it all just tore when I tried to reveal the name, which I never did manage to read. The envelope was in a terrible mess anyway , looked like it had been through a mangle, and then got wet, it was lucky the item inside was still perfect. I’d never had any return request, I never paid out on any INR and never did work out who had sent it back and why they never followed it up with any email.
