Loveholidays are a disgraceful company

I have booked a May holiday with Loveholidays in November, at the end of February added an extra night. Followed their instructions, agreed the increase, to find they had downgraded our room and board basis.
I immediately tried to get in touch with them to correct the error they had made.
Shocked to find they have no facility to speak to someone, in fact they block your number.
The only point of contact is via chat line 
which is useless.

2 1/2 months later I’m still trying to get them to resolve this problem.
They ignore recorded delivery letters.
I see on social media so many people experiencing the same. 
What can I do ?
