Using Google Docs on an Android Tablet

Hi, I bought a Lenovo Mini 11.6inch laptop last September and it's faulty, so it has to be returned to Currys.
I could get another one almost identical but as well as the fault (not loading Windows Explorer, getting a blank screen and having to reboot several times a day), it also does not load Google Docs. Or it loads the page, but then the page freezes, despite all other webpages appearing fine. I am not sure if that is related to the main fault or not.
But is it common for smaller, low powered laptops to have trouble running Google Docs?
It's also heavier than I would like, so I would like to replace it with an Android tablet instead.
I paid £120 for the laptop but it (or its equivalent) is now for sale for £199!

But I saw this Android tablet:

If I can use Google Docs ok with this, I will get a refund from Currys and buy this from Argos.
Does anyone know if Google Docs will work ok on an Android device like this please?
Thanks

Google Documents only needs an internet connection, nothing more.Your issue sound software related, which isn't covered under any warranty anyway. So you might as well just factory reset the laptop to default in the first instance, because that's all Currys will do in the first instance..Reset it, and if it still behaves the same, then go under the warranty route.1

Thanks a lot @Neil_Jones
I tried it and it looked like it was doing it (it took ages!) but then it said it was unable to reset it, and nothing had changed.
I chose keep my files that time. I will try again and choose full download reset this time. Wish me luck!

Update: I was going to reset it the full way, but I never got chance. It swtiched itself off and I cannot switch it on again.
But the LED light is still on!
So it's going back.Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?0
