High Court Writ + Bailiffs onto rogue motor trader, yet still owed thousands

Bailiffs are not legal experts. You need to contact a lawyer for that.Parky2017 said:

My hope would be that the bailiffs would be tenacious enough to fully investigate all possible avenues, but they seem somewhat resigned.
Bailiffs have authority to clolect payment or seize goods from the relevant party. on direction from the court.

But the bailiffs do still claim in all of their promotional materials that they will help the uninitiated to explore all available options.
I have heard next to nothing from them, except for one shallow and very generic "interim report", with no guidance on how best to proceed or whether the case is in fact a lost cause.0
