My husband and son have the same first and last names and same address
why can they not have a credit search each. ive tried everthing to seperate them but
credit searches only go in first and surname and address
anyone else have this problem

Whichever one applies for credit will be the one who has a credit search made against the. They'll be asked for more than just name and address.
The other may be searched on an application if they are financially associated, but that's probably unlikely.

All goes on the one what? Are you talking about merged credit files?
If that's the case, then you simply raise the dispute with the relevant CRA.0
