AXS no option to transfer my cash!

I purchased and resold concert tickets via AXS.
I have been told via email that the tickets are sold and the concert date has passed more than 10 days so I can now transfer the money into my bank account.
I've logged on via laptop, mobile (desktop version and via the app and followed the steps it tells me however:
It says click payments, then Tranfers. There is NO transfers button!!!!! Nowhere on the screen. I have looked all over the site and cannot see the option. All I see is to edit or add a bank account.
They have no customer service phone number and their live chat just isn't live. I had a 5 hour delay and it cuts off if you go to another screen on your phone. The reply I got told me to follow the same steps- clearly a robot.
I've emailed customersevices with no response.
What do I do now??
It's £300! That I need ASAP!
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Really hard to say without being able to see what you are actually doing. Have you checked all the obvious stuff like actually having a valid bank account added to your account that it can transfer to? Maybe add a different one if you have one?

Hi Kerri4727 - I'm sad to say that I have had the exact same experience, and I am literally flummoxed as to what to do. I really hope someone on here can help. I had tickets for P!NK BST at Hyde Park, and couldn't go so put them up for sale via AXS from whom I had originally purchased them. Someone bought them a few weeks before the concert, and I was aware that i would have to wait 10 days until after the event had taken place to be paid.
After the allotted time, I went onto the AXS website to try and transfer the money out, and according to the website - there are no funds showing. if I go onto "Your Account" and then "Payments" there are 2 options "United States" which shows a balance of $0 and with a "Transfer Money" button greyed out to the left of the balance and my paypal email address below that & "United Kingdom" which doesn't even show a balance or have a transfer money option and has the HSBC bank account into which I would like to transfer the funds.
If i go on the app, on my mobile phone - under "Sales Balance" there is a U.S Sales Balance showing $0.00 and a UK Sales Balance showing £203.50 ( the value of the sale ). when I then click on UK Sales Balance I can see my email address and the amount, but with no option to transfer. under that there is something about going to AXS.COM to add an account for getting paid - which I have done.
I too tried to contact someone at AXS to find out what was going on. I tried to find a means of emailing them, eventually settling for the "live Chat" which had me at position 99 in the queue, and then kept starting again whenever I had to do something else on my phone.
Given the amount of money involved, I persisted and sat on my phone doing nothing else but tapping the screen every so often so that the screen stayed on and I moved through the queue. once at the front, I engaged with whoever was at the other end - probably a BOT, who said that a block had been put on my account which i needed to provide some information to remove - once I did that, it would all be sorted.
I received and email from Hyperwallet (connected to Paypal in some way) and was asked to upload proof of identity (passport and driving license) and proof of address (credit card statement), and answer a few questions about whether i held a position of public influence etc.
I uploaded the docs, and then received an email from Hyperwallet a few days later to say that they had completed their review and my portal has been unlocked.
Logging back in the the AXS.com website and the AXS app on my phone - nothing has changed and I am still unable to transfer out my money despite being teased by being able to see the balance in the App. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?
