@born_again Yes the frame is on top of the paving.  We didn't lift the paving because we wanted to fix this issue as quickly as possible (and the slabs are concreted in place).  We also did this before looking into returns as it hadn't crossed our minds at that point.  As I have sent photos to Waltons of the timber frame as it is I don't want to further modify it

@Manxman_in_exile Correct, it is not a building or habitable abode.  That info looks good, they definitely haven't explained any transport costs to me (that I can see or remember)

@Aylesbury_Duck Correct, the solution is just to add steps, but again it just wasn't part of our original plan so it is a bit disappointing (and I've already had to fork out additional costs for the timber base as it is).  I can see how this would appear to be an overreaction.  For the most part I am just looking for some leverage at this point because when I questioned the returns policy they indicated that I could not return it but equally they had not approved the new base so I was potentially stuck in a situation where they would neither return the IGR or install it.  At least now I can go back to them and state they either need to install it or return it.

Throughout this process they have provided me with a substantial amount of contradictory information so having something more solid to fall back on is very assuring.

Not sure if it makes a difference but it seems to be a supply and installation (all one contract) rather than just a buying a product online and changing your mind

    Thanks for the reply 👍

Given you have gone to the expense of base & now timber on top. Is it worth returning the shed?
For the cost of a small step or ramp.
I know it not really what you wanted, but seems a bit excessive action.
