Faulty Product - LLoyds Pharmacy ignoring contact

I purchased an electrical item that cost over £100 back in November. Said item started malfunctioning at the start of March. Since then I have sent 2 online enquiry forms to Lloyd's Pharmacy and phoned them at least twice a week before having to give up when I've been on hold for over an hour. I've contacted them on social media with no response and I cannot find any email for them anywhere.
My question is what happens if/when a company refuses to even respond about a faulty product? It was purchased on a debit card.

Ah sorry to add I forgot I did find an email address on complaint guide UK but not sure how genuine it was as again I've had no response to that.0

Some people will go instore where its much harder to be ignored
Some people will send a letter before action and go on to court
Some people will decide their time is more valuable and just write it off and never buy from them again0 -
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Take it in to your local store and ask them to help.0

It's not as easy as going into a store as they've closed down our local one in Sainsburys so it's now a 30 minute drive.0

Yes thanks for this. That had the same email as on the complaint guide UK one - but they've also ignored my emails to that.Robin9 said:0 -
Sounds easier than repeatedly sitting on the phone for an hour and being ignored though.SavvySaver24 said:It's not as easy as going into a store as they've closed down our local one in Sainsburys so it's now a 30 minute drive.1 -
So there and back is less time than you've sat on the phone multiple times?SavvySaver24 said:It's not as easy as going into a store as they've closed down our local one in Sainsburys so it's now a 30 minute drive.0 -

Yep, straight on the phone for 9am. I've tried phoning at various times in the lead up to in order to get in the queue. That's why I think they're just ignoring all calls.sheramber said:Have you tried phoning as soon as lines open.? That way you are are at the front of the queue.0
