Morning everyone
The sun shone all afternoon yesterday so the children got a good long play outside, it was still a bit chilly though. I was only there for the afternoon but I was completely exhausted by 3pm - I came home made a cuppa and fell asleep on the sofa till almost 5. I just can't handle all the noise and fuss - it makes me feel quite sad as it's what I've done for almost 20 years and I always loved it. I just keep thinking the long Covid is bound to get better soon, but I wish I knew when!
My grass has just been cut - I'll get it done once a fortnight now till the end of the summer. It's one job I just can't manage now, but to be honest I never liked doing it anyways. It was looking such a mess so I'm glad he's been.
Izzy your boss has such a nerve she's funny. Shes obviously realised how stuck she's going to be without you. Make sure you tell her you're counting the days till you can finish.
Scarlet - pleased you enjoyed the gardens too. It was the first time I'd seen the trees in blossom.
Camelot - try not to do too much
Right I'd better get moving hope everyone has a good day x11 -
Morning All
On the train up to London, meeting my old team for lunch to celebrate Old bosses birthday then meeting a friend afterwards for a drink
We go away to Lake district next week really looking forward to it and have also booked a week on a canal boat in June. It's just too expensive to go abroad now especially with the medical insurance I would need to pay
Hoping DH will do some bits in the garden today although it's a bit windy
Hugs to all who want them

Hi everyone,
We had a busy day yesterday. We took Esben to the Dinosaur park, the weather was lovely, he spent most of his time going up and down the many slides and we spent our time chasing after him. He fell asleep on the way home and then was up till all hours.
We were up early because Steve had his eye procedure, it was all done by 9.30 and hopefully his vision will be fine now.
Today will be lazy, with maybe a nap to make up on lost sleep.
Have a good day.
