I've tried entering using 2 different barcodes and batch codes, but keeps saying error, code not recognised.

If you entered twice at the start and got a screen that didn't say congratulations (but didn't say sorry you lost) and then on your 3rd attempt it would of come up with the error message meaning your first 2 attempts were unsuccessful (and you can only enter 2 times a day in the 2 hour period). For some reason i think the sorry message wasn't/isn't displaying properly causing the confusion.
