You have to be aware that not everyone are computer savvies , some people cannot comprehend the most basic of computer jargon, "open the window", "boot your computer","close the window","copy this link & paste it into that thread" could well have them at a loss.

I used to teach I.T to mature students, from Bank Managers to Directors, all of which had no knowledge of computers, I remember one bank manager who lifted the mouse in the air to try n move a cursor. These were not stupid people, they had simply worked all their lives without having to deal with a computer.
