Work out why Equifax show late payments and clear that up.

    Speak to a mortgage broker.

Get the loans cleared down ASAP.

    Use savings if need be.

    On £80k you're taking home £4.5k a month
  • Keep all the cards. You already have an existing loan, a history of payday loans and missed payments.

Don't make things worse by having your available credit lines closed.

I’ll be using a Lisa that I’ve saved 10k in and also have 5-6 k savings

That should be more based on your earnings and outgoings.

have about 3k for fees etc.

    That probably won't cover it.

  • You’re asking questions that are akin to “how long is a piece of string?”

The answer to all of your above questions is that you need to speak to a mortgage broker.
  • You're on 78-82k per annum.

Your salary history, alone, will show enough evidence that you can afford the borrowing and that the historic loans are behind you and that you're credit worthy.

Our financial history shows lenders/businesess everything they need to know about us - they can see you're a high earner , don't worry about it.
