Hong Kong Airport Transfer hotel?

Does anyone know if there is a transfer hotel on Hong Kong airport that accommodates economy passengers on route to Australia from the UK?

I would be travelling with Cathay Pacific but their web site suggests that their transfer hotel can only be used by business and first class passengers!

By transfer hotel I mean a stopover of 12 hours plus at a hotel on the airport itself.

I would love to hear from anyone who has experienced a stopover at Hong Kong airport.

There is a hotel just outside of the airport but I think you need to clear immigration to access that.  I think what Cathay refers to is their member lounges rather than a true hotel (hence the first class and business access).
