Can't login to my bank account
Login issues with Santander.
When I login to my account I would arrive at my home page but if I clicked on anything I would be logged out again. I cleared my history and cache as you do and that didn’t work but next day all working ok.
Login today and I’m just in a loop, I attempt to login and it just cycles back round to the login page again.
I can get in via my phone app, and I should point out I am using my laptop at a different location not from home as I would normally do. I have no problems with my other bank accounts.
Any thoughts please.

No not using public wi-fi and no I have not asked Santander, save sitting on the phone for ever I thought I would ask here first for help.
Just used fire fox and that appears to work!
Can someone tell me in simple terms why that should be.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,

Can someone tell me in simple terms why that should be.Sometimes certain web pages just work in one browser and not another. It isn't clear to the end user why. I presume the developers changed something and failed to properly verify it works in all browsers.You should always have several browsers available in case something like this happens so you can try an different one and see if it works.2 -
I've never been able to log in to Natwest with Edge, but Firefox works fine.Today I received a new user ID from Santander with a promise of further details to follow: seems they're changing their login system so that online, telephone and mobile banking all use the same login. That said, my old ID still works OK. Might be connected...0

Downdetector reported a spate of Santander problems at 10 o'clock last night but these seem to be resolved now.

If you still can't get access via your usual browser I would suspect an update to that browser has messed something up. If you can access via your usual browser it would seem to have been the problem above.
