Property Restriction

I hope to have an offer to clear my IVA accepted by my creditors at the end of May.
Creditfix have placed a restriction on my property which I want removed as soon as ppossible.what are my options / best course of action

    Check out the sticky post on debt free wannabe "charging order the myth" lots of info there.

    Also the Land Registry rep posts regularly on there as well.

    Speak to Creditfix to ensure that once paid that they also apply to withdraw their restriction for you
