They actually said 'reach out' IN WRITING.
I gave them a claim number multiple times but they just kept telling me I need to 'reach out' to the solicitor I've instructed. My last email asked them to please provide all written confirmation of said instruction as I'm extremely uncomfortable with how my personal data is being used in relation to the claim and potential fraud (given their insistence). Haven't heard back as of yet!1 -
