I was in most of the day and they delivered during the hour I was out of the house -.-

Apparently they left the parcel at another house so i'll have to go chase them up and hope they haven't eaten my chocolate!

Ordered mine yesterday and selected delivery for saturday and there was a nice damp box sitting outside my front door this evening when I got home!

Makes me angry when this happens, its probably been sat there since early this morning (left for work at 8)

They'll be getting a nice angry phone call tomorrow.

I ordered 5 boxes the first time this offer was on and two of the people haven't received them. I've emailed thorntons but heard nothing from them. Is is better to phone the customer services does anyone know and what happens when people do not receive the chocs? it was a shame though as its part of their christmas presents and they won't get them before xmas if they resend them (or don't they do that?) TIA

I got 5 boxes from my local Thorntons when the offer first started
Then there's the 25% staff discount as my mrs is manageress there!!

All you people that ordered via the Thornton web site last week, with its constant error messages, need to check your credit card bill for any purchases.
I have been billed 3 times for one order due to the web site falling over during the order and payment process making me re-enter the order.
No , I didn't get multiple orders just multiple payments !!!!.
Don't think I will be buying anything from Thorntons again on their web site, worst experience ever, nearly 2 hours to complete an order due to constant web site error messages, now this !!!
