Just phoned again as my internet order seemed to go all wrong. Informed me they are out of stock of the christmas box

Watch out if you tried to pay again after the error on the website.

My order kept coming up as error, leaving me with a full basket, but they have taken the money each time and now its lying in a holding account. Been on to bank and they have given me reference codes to try and get it released.

Help...Waiting for Thorntons to phone back and they are talking upto 5 days with £200 of my money in their account. Any ideas people of other ways to get this back.

Not as many chocolates but if you’re looking for something under a fiver Sainsbury's are selling these for £3.71 reduced from £4.95.



I just bought a 410g box from Tesco for £6.99 so more or less the same price if you are going to order online. Just means you get them before Christmas.
