Problems with MINT electronic statements

Anyone else had a problem with electronic statements from MINT?
I didn't get one for November. By the time I'd realised, I logged on to check and found I'd missed the payment date by a day. Phoned them and had a pretty unsympathetic experience, so closed the account.

Worked fine for me.
This is the reason I always pay by DD minimum payment - can't see any benefit of doing it any other way.0 -
I have not had a statement recently, however I intend to close my account as i was very unhappy with mint as they never honoured introductory agreement of supplying credit card cheques, which i needed to pay my builder. so wouldn't recommend mint card to anyone0
