I bought a month subscription 13.99 to Find my past as I only wanted a few records July 2022
Shortly after I broke my spine and was in and out of hospital
I was 7 months later I accessed my computer to discover 13.99 each month for the last 7 months
I rang office to explain things and it could be clearly seen there has been no assess to their facilities
They however would only refund one month thus two or three records cost me nearly 100 pounds I had been a full member for years so very disappointed in your treatment of me
now agreed on 3 moths still paid 4 months for nothing
Have I any Rights

Sadly not.
If it had been cancelled you would, but if not then you are reliant on their good will.Life in the slow lane0 -
No rights, and it sounds like they've already extended some goodwill and refunded several months' payments, to their credit.1
