Can I replace those locks myself?

    What insurance company’s? All they ask is what type of lock you have fitted, not who fitted it.

    As long as the pvc door has a 5 point locking system this satisfies  most insurance companies and renewing the barrel which takes all of few minutes would differently not require a locksmith.The fewer people who have access to you keys the better.
    As to the mortise lock it should be a 5 lever lock minium. From the photo it appears to be a 5 lever lock
    Lock smith cost £285 For 2 barrels and mortise
