Packlink -Auctane Sl Madrid

I got charged £1.92 from the above company. I have not authorised such charge I have spoken to my credit card customer service at NW and was told there is no other information except payment for services all he could do is to block future payment. Am a bit concerned who has authorised this payment, it’s not a lot but could be in the future. Can anybody help pl? I do buy and sell on eBay and vinted.Thanks.

It won’t be Vinted it will be something to do with eBay or any other site that uses packlink for their postage. How do you buy your postage for eBay sales?

I usually choose Evri when I buy postage on eBay but this is an automatic agreement I have apparently made with packlink. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and the automatic payment will be stopped. I have also phoned nationwide and he has put a block on this payment. Is it possible I have clicked to some automatic payment without realising? I do not think so why would I authorised automatic payment. Puzzled. Thanks.

If you are using Evri on eBay then you will have authorised payment to Packlink as Packlink operate the non RM eBay options.

£1.92 though doesn’t seem to match any of the options for full payment, unless it was during the 40% (or whatever it was) offer that we had recently.

I suggest you go though all your postage purchases and see if they all match however it is that you think you pay, if you have authorised a payment that you have now claimed back you may run into issues with your eBay account. If the payment doesn’t match anything you have paid for then dig a bit deeper.

You can check the subscriptions you have authorised on eBay by going into seller settings, then business policies then subscriptions, although mine doesn’t seem to be working at the moment so I’ll see if I can find another way in.

£1.92 was indeed one of the Evri special offer prices that ended recently. It was a special offer for packages under 1kg reduced from the usual £2.75.

Thank you, I knew there was some low prices and just couldn’t remember exactly what they were.

OP your payment is therefore possibly explained quite easily, so you may need to cancel any block you have put in place if you want to use eBay postage again.

If you continue to want to use packlink then yes you’ll need to remove the block. Otherwise one of two things will happen, either your payments will fail or if the label gets through and is printed it will probably end up being picked up in the system as unpaid and will either be destroyed or held until you pay the postage plus the hefty extra payments that couriers charge for underpaid items.

Is packlink same like Evri. Just been on the phone trying to unblock, what a performance. I need to ask PayPal to unblock the company as well as I have been given £1.92 voucher will ask for it to be cancelled. This happened because I do not use packlink how come it shows on my bill not Evri?

As above, if you buy courier postage through eBay it goes via packlink, you are not paying Evri direct.

If you google for an explanation of how couriers via eBay and packlink are integrated then several explanations come up, like this

    https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/209156905-eBay-Delivery-shipping-rates

That’s why if you have issues with claiming for non delivery on eBay you speak to packlink, not Evri direct.

I have contacted my bank and emailed PayPal and asked to unblock packlink. Is there anything else I should do? If only I have come to the forum first. I have used eBay postage several times, that’s the first time it is showing as packlink on my account with automatic payment. Thanks for your help.
