RingGo App error - HELP! - - - Duplicate thread - Ignore

I am currently disputing a PCN from Total Parking Solutions from January following advice from the forum. My car was parked in a University of Surrey car park on Jan 27th, parking was paid using the RingGo app but RingGo list the session for Jan 26th. The VAT receipt clearly shows payment was made on Jan 27th but for the 26th, which is incorrect. RingGo are refusing to admit their error and I am now struggling to find the right approach to try and dispute the PCN. Desperate for some advice.
