    As you are disputing via bank the "No cancelation policy" is not valid, as I take it they are doing a non receipt. Which in this case is on a technicality that they have not delivered within the quoted timescales.

    Does not stop company chasing you for the money if you win the chargeback though.

    They are in the process of being bought by a massive Australian furniture retailer who want to set up shop in the UK. I'd guess this is causing some disruption.

    That link looks to be a case of oversharing info to provide comfort to customers and creditors for what appears to be a failing business.

    This is an old thread, my post was over a year ago. 

    I work for a retailer that sells furniture and I know how the production process works. The customer will be given an expected lead time and soon after purchase, usually within a fortnight, the frame begins production. Upholstering is always the last step and if there are going to be delays, it’s usually this that causes them as fabrics mostly come from overseas.
