New House Guarantee & Arbitration/Conciliation Process

I have a new build that we are having issues with aspects of the build etc and receiving a slow response from the developer. Rather than an NHBC guarantee this has a RIBA Professional Consultants Certificate, what’s the conciliation/arbitration process with this body, seems it has 10 year coverage.
Anyone any experience?

It’s an architect certificate with £1M liability no web link unlike NHBC and no mention of escalation unlike NHBC?

That's not a guarantee in the same way as an NHBC warranty, it's just a certificate that the architect were satisfied with matters within the parameters of their appointment. So you'll first need to figure out whether any of your "issues" are even covered by the certificate.
